As testimony to how John Smith, our Senior Associate, and I run the business we have recently completed a customer satisfaction survey under the Financial Services Authority's "Treating Customers Fairly" initiative. We have had a very positive response, with over 25% of the survey returned so far, and highlighting that, as a practice, clients are not only pleased with the service provided but also that we remain clients' first point of reference. Also, there is praise for the way we convey information to our clients, making sure that it is simple and jargon-free.
